This beautiful Bed and Breakfast is located at No 328A is just off the A14 and M11 with
ample parking and is ideally situated for the Conference Centre and Science Park, Histon Vision
Park, EEDA and Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital. A bus stop is outside the door for a 10 minute ride
to the city centre with the market, shops and restaurants. Stroll around the famous Colleges or
punt on the beautiful River Cam. Enjoy the Playhouse Theatre, Arts Cinema and the Corn Exchange theatre.

The newly decorated and comfortably furnished accommodation comprises a Single room (Cedar),
with the use of a 4 piece bathroom, with an electric shower, Beverage Tray, Hair dryer.
There is wireless internet connection and a laptop table supplied to work on.
